Shipping

Please allow time from processing the items as well as shipping of the items. The time needed for each order may vary. Shipping and processing times may take around two weeks. For more information, be sure to check individual items for detailed descriptions of their creation times.

Cancellations 

We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within twelve hours of the purchase date.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
