Shipping
Please allow time from processing the items as well as shipping the items. The manufacturing process may take up to 3 - 5 weeks depending on the product, the time needed for each order may vary. For more information, be sure to check individual items for detailed descriptions of their creation times.
Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within twelve hours of the purchase date.
Returnable/Refund Items and Expectations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on any items. This includes regular-priced items, sale items, and gift cards. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. This will occur when there is a defective item or the wrong item was sent. However, contact must be made with proof of these expectations.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
